Luxuria Travel collects only the information you choose to provide through the consultation form: your name, email address, travel interest, travel notes, and consent to be contacted.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your initial travel needs, and provide relevant consultation services. Please do not submit payment-card details, passport numbers, government identification, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Formspree. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse, and Cloudflare may process limited technical information for that purpose. These providers handle information under their own privacy terms.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, meet legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records. Luxuria Travel does not sell consultation information or use it for third-party advertising.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your inquiry by using the consultation form and stating that your message concerns privacy.
